5. Client Responsibilities

- Valid import/export licenses and permits where required.
- Accurate invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Payment of all duties, taxes, and fees in a timely manner.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ali Mukhtar Agencies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific shipment shall not exceed the service fees paid to us for that shipment, or as otherwise limited by applicable carrier conventions and Pakistani law.
